Your customers want to buy. See what stops them.

Quomerce goes through every visit to the shop and turns thousands of sessions into a short list of problems: how many customers each one affects, what it looks like in a recording and what to check. Plus a UX audit, and the shop’s data in your own Claude.

Illustration: Quomerce sorting sessions
An illustration built on the problems found in the Nordbyte demo shop. The counters count only the sessions in this animation. In the app every problem has a session count, an order comparison and recordings.
  • Sessions and recordings

Every visit step by step: pages, clicks, cart, payment.

  • Friction

Behaviours that end in an order less often, with session counts and recordings.

  • UX audits

A report with problems, screenshots and a suggested fix.

  • Data in Claude

Ask about your shop, or your clients’ shops, in your own Claude.

You already have the data. Not the time to read it.

GA4, recordings, click maps, the shop admin. Each tool tells the truth about one part of the shop, but someone has to turn them into a plan of what to fix first, by hand. There is rarely half a day for that.

Today

You do every step by hand.

  1. You go through reports in several tools
  2. You filter sessions that might show something
  3. You watch recordings one after another
  4. You guess what the problem is
  5. You write the plan of changes from scratch

With Quomerce

Quomerce does the first part of the work. You decide.

  1. Data from the shop collects itself Quomerce
  2. Problems and errors are counted and ranked Quomerce
  3. You check them in a few chosen recordings You
  4. You ask Claude for details and causes You + Claude
  5. You decide what to change and check the effect You

What working in Quomerce looks like

Five views where most analysis starts. Every screenshot comes from the working app.

The state of the shop on one page

Revenue, orders, conversion and sessions, compared with the period before. Below: traffic over time, the funnel, traffic sources and the main problems.

  • Compared with the period before
  • Segments: device, country, traffic source
  • Missing order data never pretends to be zero
Shop overview: revenue, orders, average order value and a traffic chart

From a behaviour to a clear problem

Quomerce checks every session: similar products compared in the cart, several payment attempts, pages left after a few seconds, a long pause at a checkout field. It shows how many sessions it affects, where it happens and whether those sessions end in an order less often.

  • Session counts and a conversion comparison
  • Session recordings for every problem
  • Statuses: open, fixed, ignored
The friction list with “Comparing products in the cart”: session count, sessions to watch and products

The proof in one recording

Every problem leads to the sessions where it happened. A recording has a timeline with page views, clicks, the cart and the order, and next to it the console, requests and errors. What shoppers type into forms is masked.

  • Event timeline next to the recording
  • Link to a chosen second
  • Typed data is hidden

A UX audit you can send to your client

An AI agent goes through the shop like a shopper: home page, product list, product page, cart, checkout. Every problem has a description, a priority, a screenshot and a suggested fix.

  • Priorities: critical, high, medium, low
  • A screenshot with every problem
  • Report in English, Polish or German

Analysis in Claude, without copying data

You connect Quomerce to your own Claude over MCP and ask about a client’s shop in your own words. Claude reads the same figures you see in the app, read-only and only for shops you have access to.

  • Ready questions to copy
  • Weekly review with one command
  • Read-only access
The “Analyse in Claude” page: connection status, weekly review and ready questions for Claude

Example questions

  • Which problems on the way to an order came up most often last week?
  • Analyse the sessions of shoppers who added products to the cart but did not buy.
  • Which UX problems should we check first?
  • Prepare a summary of findings for an agency client.

This is an illustration. Claude’s answer depends on the shop’s data.

The app also has

  • Funnel
  • Paths after cart and checkout
  • Forms
  • Traffic sources
  • Click maps
  • Page speed
  • Uptime monitoring
  • E-mail and Slack alerts

Example: GoblinPC, a shop selling custom-built computers

GoblinPC sells ready-made PCs and computers built in a configurator. Carts are expensive, and shoppers take a long time to decide. Here are three problems Quomerce showed in 30 days.

PLN 80,000 recovered by GoblinPC in 30 days

BehaviourProblemProof in the dataWhat to do
A shopper puts two PCs at a similar price in the cart. There is no easy way to compare the builds. Recordings of sessions with two PCs in the cart You can see the shopper switching between product pages. Compare two builds side by side: in the cart and on the list.
A shopper opens the configurator and leaves after a few seconds. A configured product is hard to get back to. Quick exits from the configurator The page is left after a few seconds, with recordings of those visits. Watch the recordings and save each build under its own link.
A shopper opens one PC after another from the list and soon leaves each. Similar PCs are hard to tell apart. Back and forth between product and list Several similar PCs viewed one after another. Show the differences on the list: processor, graphics card, price; name the builds more clearly.

Honest about results

The problems in the table are ideas to check in recordings, not a counted loss. Quomerce shows where to look and how many sessions it affects. The agency and the client decide together what to change in the shop.

One product, two desks

Quomerce works the same for one shop and for an agency running a dozen. What changes is what you do with the results.

You run a shop

You know how much you sell. Find out why not more.

For the owner who does everything at once, and for an e-commerce team. Quomerce shows where to look this week, so you do not have to dig through reports.

  • A weekly overview and a few recordings that show something
  • An email alert when a new error appears
  • A question to Claude instead of a manual spreadsheet

You run an agency

Your clients are losing sales. Help them find out why.

For e-commerce agencies, CRO and UX specialists. Every client’s shop on one list, and next to each problem the proof you take to the client.

  • Clients’ shops under one login, roles for the team
  • A UX audit ready to send to the client
  • A recording of the exact problem instead of screenshots

How is Quomerce different from standard analytics?

GA4, Clarity and Hotjar do their jobs well, and they have AI features too. Quomerce does not have to replace them. It is built around the shop: product, cart, checkout and order.

A typical set of tools With Quomerce
Start You start from reports and recordings and look for the problem yourself. You start from a list of friction and errors, counted across sessions.
Shop language You often set up the funnel and shop events separately. Quomerce understands product, cart, checkout, payment and order.
UX audit A UX audit is a separate project. The UX audit is part of the product.
AI The AI assistant works the way the tool’s maker designed it. You work in your own Claude: shop data and other sources in one chat.
Result You put findings and a plan together from several places. The observation, recordings and what to check sit in one place.

How to start

We start with a call. Then we connect your shop and go through the first results together.

  1. 01

    Connect your shop

One script in the shop’s theme: IdoSell, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and others. We help with the setup, and the steps are in the documentation.

  2. 02

    Collect data

The first sessions show up within minutes. To draw conclusions you usually need about a week of traffic.

  3. 03

    Go through the results

Funnel, friction, errors and recordings. We run a UX audit when you ask, and you connect Claude whenever you like.

  4. 04

    Plan changes

You choose what to improve. After the change, you compare the period before and after.

See what stops your customers from buying.

We will show you Quomerce live, on examples from a shop like yours or your clients’. The call takes 30 minutes.
